I'm considering purchasing a 2003 BMW X5. How can I check to see if these recalls have been attended to with this vehicle? Is there a certain time period I have to get the work completed?

1/5/2011 - Marta Morales
So I just take the truck to the dealer to fix those problems... do i have to make a appointment do i get a loaner to drive

Do you drive a 2003 BMW X5?

Just because a car has been recalled does not mean it is not a reliable car. Millions of cars get recalled every year. Recalls often involve problems that are rare but could cause a serious problem if they occur. So the risk to any given driver is often remote, even though there may be a few high-profile incidents traced to the problem.
