I Just bought a 1996 cavalier not even a year ago and all i have been having problems with is the switch. first the brights went, than the headlights, than the tail and dash lights, and now the emergency flashers went and the signal lights are not far behind it. probably cant get a recall fix now (too Bad!) but i am definitely unimpressed that the previous owner failed to do so

in regards to my 1997 cavalier a recall that i did not receive notice of caused me a large sum of money to fiqure out the problem, the car starts for 15 seconds and just dies out . would this be related to the ignition electric recall on it ? how do i go about fixing the car ?
