Yes, I had the clockspring recall satisfied on my minivan in 2005 but just like chickie, its back! Since this part continues to be a problem, will chrysler fix it again. Same car, same problem.

I have a 2001 Chrysler T&C van I have had problems with the drivers airbag disable light comming on peeriodically since I purchased it in 2006. I did receive a notice that said it had been a recall for that problem but when I called to have it repaired they said mine wasn't on the recall list. It has gotten more frequent in the last few years. It is scaring me that if I do have an accident that it will fail to deploy. How do I get Chrysler to repair it?

Do you drive a 2000 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY?

Just because a car has been recalled does not mean it is not a reliable car. Millions of cars get recalled every year. Recalls often involve problems that are rare but could cause a serious problem if they occur. So the risk to any given driver is often remote, even though there may be a few high-profile incidents traced to the problem.
