Consequences	INOPERATIVE TURN SIGNAL LAMPS WOULD NOT INFORM DRIVERTHAT A LAMP WAS OUT, OR WARN OTHER DRIVERS OF INTENT TO TURN, CREATING A RISKOF ACCIDENT; VEHICLE DOES NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 108.
Corrective action	REPLACE TURN SIGNAL FLASHER WITH PROPER FLASHER.
