I talked to one of your representatives today, very nice, re: my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT passenger air bag light which remains on. He told me I was 1 month beyond the recall. I talked to the Dealer & he said the cost would start @ $120 to reset & more if that didn't fix the problem. My point is it is a major liability issue if I were to get in an accident with one of my grandchildren & the passenger seat air bag did not deploy. Obviously the problem was not fixed. I had the exact model only 2005 & the dealer fixed the same problem based on its recall. I don't understand how there was a problem for years & one month later you say it was fixed & it wasn't. Very disappointing. It makes no sense from a business standpoint & safety standpoint on your part. Do you drive a 2006 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN?

Just because a car has been recalled does not mean it is not a reliable car. Millions of cars get recalled every year. Recalls often involve problems that are rare but could cause a serious problem if they occur. So the risk to any given driver is often remote, even though there may be a few high-profile incidents traced to the problem.
