THIS MAY CAUSE A FAILURE OF THE SPRING HANGER AND SEPARATION OF CASTING AND FRAME. CONTINUED OPERATION COULD RESULT IN THE BUS BODY DROPPING DOWN ONTO THE TIRE.Recall Details
