2008 LABRIE TOP SELECT Recall - SERVICE BRAKES, AIR:SUPPLY:QUICK RELEASE VALVE Problem: LABRIE ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2008 GARBAGE AND RECYCLING TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH CERTAIN HALDEX QUICK RELEASE VALVES (QRVS). THE RUBBER DIAPHRAGM INSIDE THE QRV MAY EXPERIENCE DELAMINATION RESULTING IN SIGNIFICANT LEVELS OF AIR PRESSURE LEAKAGE PAST AND/OR THROUGH THE DIAPHRAGM, OR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A BUBBLE IN THE DIAPHRAGM WHICH MAY TRAP AIR PRESSURE IN THE VALVE AND NOT ALLOW THE SERVICE BRAKES TO RELEASE. Recall Details 2006 LABRIE TOP SELECT Recall - STEERING:GEAR BOX:SHAFT PITMAN Problem: ON CERTAIN GARBAGE AND RECYCLING TRUCKS, THE STEERING SHAFT COULD BREAK AND POSSIBLY CAUSE A COMPLETE LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL. Recall Details
