Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain model year 2016 StarTrans Senator II transit buses manufactured March 18, 2016, to March 21, 2016. These vehicles are equipped with seats that may separate from the base frame due to bolt failure.

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain model year 2016 StarTrans Senator II transit buses manufactured March 18, 2016, to March 21, 2016. These vehicles are equipped with seats that may separate from the base frame due to bolt failure. |
| Consequences |
In the event of a crash, the seat can separate from the base frame, increasing the risk of injury to the seat occupant. |
| Corrective action |
Forest River will notify owners, and dealers will replace the seats free of charge. The recall began on June 7, 2016. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-262-2212. Forest River's number for this recall is 5-04162016-0175. |
