2014 UTILIMASTER P80X Recall - VISIBILITY:DEFROSTER/DEFOGGER/HVAC SYSTEM Problem: Spartan Motors, Inc. (Spartan) is recalling certain model year 2013-2014 Utilimaster P80X vehicles manufactured from May 2, 2013, through August 8, 2013 and sold exclusively to UPS.
