WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM DISCONNECTED WHILE DRIVING 60MPH IN GUSTY AND HEAVY WINDS. DRIVER LOST VISIBILTY DUE TO ARM RESTING ON SIDE MIRROR. DRIVER'S SIDE WIPER ARM DOESN'T HAVE A CAPTURE TO HOLD THE ARM IN TACK LIKE PASSENGER'S SIDE. DEALER NOT INFORMED. CONSUMER REVIEWED THIS FAILURE WITH ENGINEERS AND THEY ADMITTED THAT THE DESIGN OF THE WIPER IS FAULTY. ENGINEER IS FROM DELCO ITT AUTOMOTIVE PLANT WHERE CONSUMER WORKS AND WHERE THE ORIGINAL WIPER SYSTEM IS MADE.
