WHEN AT ANY SPEED AND APPLYING THE BRAKES, BRAKES ARE HARD AND THERE IS A SQUEAKING NOISE COMING FROM THE BRAKES. CONSUMER HAS TO HOLD HIS FOOT DOWN ON THE BRAKE PEDAL UNTIL THE VEHICLE SLOWS DOWN AND COMES TO A STOP.
