All Complaints
ON-GOING TURN SIGNAL FAILURE. TURN SIGNAL INTERMITTENTLY FUNCTIONS AND ALMOST RESULTED IN REAR END COLLISION AND/OR SIDE IMPACT. INFREQUENTLY OPERATION OF HAZARD SIGNAL WHILE ENGAGING LEFT OR RIGHT TURN SIGNAL MITIGATED PROBLEM, BUT DID NOT FIX. TO REPAIR HAD TO REPLACE HAZARD/TURN SIGNAL FLASHER AT A COST OF $107. FROM REVIEW OF MONTE CARLO FORUMS THIS IS A KNOWN SAFETY HAZARD THAT EFFECTS MONTE CARLOS AS WELL AS OTHER VEHICLES THAT USED THE HAZARD/TURN SIGNAL FLASHER SWITCH P/N 924-606 AND SHOULD BE REMEDIED BY GM THROUGH RECALL/REIMBURSEMENT.
