BRAKE FAILURE ON A HONDA CIVIC 2000 WITH UNDER 11, 000 MILES CAUSING CAR TO HIT SEVERAL OTHER CARS IN A PARKING LOT. CAUSE OF THE BRAKE FAILURE WAS DETERMNED TO BE FAILURE OF THE SEAL SURROUNDING PISTON ON THE MASTER BRAKE CYLINDER.
