All Complaints
TL CONTACT OWNS A 2000 HONDA CIVIC. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH AND OTHER VARIOUS SPEEDS AND AT A TRAFFIC LIGHT, THE ENGINE STALLED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED INTERMITTENTLY. THE OIL AND BATTERY WARNING LIGHTS WERE ILLUMINATED WHEN THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE DEALER WAS CALLED AND STATED THAT HIS VIN WAS NOT COVERED UNDER RECALL NHTSA#02V120000; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: IGNITION: SWITCH. HE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CALLED AND STATED THAT HIS VIN WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE RECALL AND OFFERED NO OTHER ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 98,250.
