All Complaints
TL CONTACT OWNS A 2000 HONDA CIVIC. WHILE DRIVING 10 MPH, THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL REPAIR SHOP WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED OF RECALL 02V120000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: IGNITION: SWITCH). THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHO STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED BUT DUE TO AN AFTERMARKET SWITCH AND ALARM INSTALLATION, THEY COULD NOT REPAIR THE PROBLEM. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER WHO OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 70,000.
