: THE CONTACT STATED UPON STARTING THE VEHICLE, THE GAUGES OSCILLATED BACK AND FORTH RAPIDLY BEFORE RETURNING TO NORMAL. THE DEALERSHIP DETERMINED THE INSTRUMENT PANEL NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE REPAIR WAS NOT MADE AND THE PROBLEM CORRECTED ITSELF. THE CONSUMER STATED WHENEVER HE WENT TO ACCELERATE, THE NEEDLE WOULD NOT MOVE. UPDATED 11/30/06.
