DRIVER'S SIDE POWER WINDOW WILL ROLL DOWN, BUT FAILS TO COME BACK UP. SOMETIMES, IT WILL COME UP IN SMALL INCREMENTS. BUT, USUALLY, I HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR IT TO WORK. IF IT'S RAINING AND THE WINDOW IS ACCIDENTALLY OPENED, IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET BACK UP IF DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY, CAUSING A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS SITUATION AND ALSO POTENTIALLY GETTING THINGS INSIDE THE VEHICLE WET THAT SHOULDN'T GET WET.
