BEFORE GETTING INTO THE VEHICLE CONSUMER NOTICED THAT THE REAR RIGHT WHEEL WAS TILTED INWARD. DEALER INFORMED THE CONSUMER THAT THE UPPER CONTROL ARM BROKE. DEALER INFORMED THE CONSUMER THAT A BOLT WAS WELDED TO THE FRAME OF THE VEHICLE.
