THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH WITH THE HEATED SEATS TURNED ON WHEN SHE WAS BURNED BY THE SEAT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO HAVE THE FAILURE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
