2003 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LIMITED DRIVERS-SIDE SEAT HEATER MALFUNCTIONED. DRIVER'S SEAT HEATING ELEMENT STARTED TO SMOKE, A BURNING SMELL WAS EVIDENT. SEAT HEATER WAS DEEMED INOPERABLE BY CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE OF SANTA FE. CONSUMER ASKED FOR WARRANTY ADJUSTMENT, BUT WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. CONSUMER PAID FOR REPLACEMENT PARTS, SEAT PAD AND LABOR.
