I HAVE A 2004 SEBRING WITH AN INTERMITTENT PROBLEM WITH ENGINE SURGING, DYING, REVING UP WHILE DRIVING AT SLOW SPEEDS. THE DEALER HAS TRIED SEVERAL FIXES WITHOUT SOLVING THE PROBLEM, THEY CAN'T DUPLICATE THE CONCERN SO THEY SAY THERE IS NO PROBLEM.
