WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED AND WHEN THE CONSUMER DEPRESSED THE BRAKES SEAT BELT LOCKED. THE BELT WILL RELAX AFTER THIRTY SECONDS OR SO. THIS PROBLEM OCCURRED THREE HUNDRED TIMES, AT LEAST TEN TIMES A DAY. CONSUMER CLAIMED THAT WHEN THE BELT LOCKED IT CAUSED PAIN.
