CAR STUTTERING. DEPRESSES THROTTLE TO ATTEMPT TO ALLEVIATE PROBLEM. GAS PEDAL STUCK AT FULL ACCELERATION AND MAXIMUM RPM. SET CAR INTO NEUTRAL AND COASTED TO DECELERATE. AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO DISENGAGE ACCELERATOR PEDAL, IT FINALLY SPRUNG BACK FROM FULL THROTTLE.
