DT: THE CONTACT TOOK CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP THIS MORNING FOR A RECALL REPAIRS CONCERNING THE AIR BAGS. THE DEALER WAS VERY NASTY. HE TOLD THE CONTACT THEY WOULD GET TO IT WHEN THEY COULD IF THEY EVEN GOT TO IT. HE RECEIVED THE RECALL LETTER ABOUT A WEEK AGO. THE CONTACT CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO BRING THE CAR IN, BUT HE WAS PUT ON HOLD SEVERAL TIMES . HE WAS UNABLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. HE DID NOT LEAVE THE CAR THERE. HE WAS GOING TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER DEALER.
