THE CONTACT OWNS 2005 HONDA ODYSSEY, WITH MICHELIN ENERGY LX4 TIRES, TIRE SIZE 235/710/460A. WHILE DRIVING BETWEEN 50-65 MPH THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SHIMMY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND THE TIRES WERE BALANCED. HOWEVER THE VEHICLE HAD TO BE TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED ON TEN SEPARATE OCCASIONS FOR IDENTICAL FAILURES. NONE OF THE REPAIRS HAVE REMEDIED THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
