THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 HONDA ODYSSEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SRS WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS ADVISED THAT THE AIR BAG CONTROL MODULE WAS DEFECTIVE AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT DID NOT HAVE THE AIR BAG MODULE REPLACED. THE CONTACT REFERENCED NHTSA CAMPAIGN I.D. NUMBER: 05V344000 (AIR BAG) AND CALLED THE MANUFACTURER BUT WAS ADVISED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 180,000.
