TL CONTACT OWNS A 2006 HONDA ODYSSEY. WHILE THE CONTACT WAS ATTEMPTING TO ENTER HER VEHICLE SHE NOTICED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE DOOR WOULD NOT UNLOCK. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED BY THE DEALERSHIP AND HAS NOT BEEN SERVICED FOR THE FAILURE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 35200.
