THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 HONDA ODYSSEY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE SLIDING DOOR DID NOT CLOSE COMPLETELY AND THE DOOR AJAR INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE DOOR HAD TO BE MANUALLY CLOSED. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE DOOR FLUNG OPEN. THE FAILURE RECURRED SEVERAL TIMES. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 200,000.
