THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 VOLKSWAGEN BEETLE. WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE'S SPEED DECREASED AND FAILED TO ACCELERATE OVER 4 MPH. IN ADDITION, THE TRANSMISSION AND THE EPS WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
