THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE GEAR SHIFT FAILED WITHOUT WARNING. RHINELANDER CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (3620 WI-47, RHINELANDER, WI 54501, (715) 420-1555) STATED THAT THE CONTACT WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR BECAUSE THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 101,779.
