THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD EXPLORER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE TRAVELING 35 MPH, THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO AN UNKNOWN OBJECT AND THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE LEG AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 81,000.
