TL CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HONDA ODYSSEY. ON MARCH 10, 2008, THE CONTACT NOTICED THE MIDDLE ROW SEATS WERE MISSING. THE DEALER STATED THEY WOULD INSTALL THE MISSING SEAT. THEY INSTALLED THE SEAT HOWEVER; THEY DID NOT INCLUDE THE SEAT BELTS. THE DEALER REFUSED TO INSTALL SEAT BELTS FOR THAT SEAT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 200 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 700.
