THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HONDA ODYSSEY. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE A CHILD FROM A BOOSTER SEAT AND SEAT BELT, THE BELT BECAME EXTREMELY TIGHT AROUND THE CHILD WITH EVERY ATTEMPT TO REMOVE THE SEAT BELT. THE CONTACT CUT THE SEAT BELT LOOSE BECAUSE THE CHILD WAS BEGINNING TO SUFFOCATE. NEITHER THE DEALER NOR THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 50,450.
