TL CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HONDA ODYSSEY. WHILE BRAKING FROM APPROXIMATE SPEEDS OF 45 MPH, THE BRAKES FELL MUCH FARTHER INTO THE FLOORBOARD THAN USUAL. HE ASSUMED THE FAILURE HAD OCCURRED DUE TO DEPRESSING BOTH THE BRAKE AND ACCELERATOR PEDAL SIMULTANEOUSLY. THE DEALER MADE UNKNOWN REPAIRS UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 10V098000 (SERVICE BRAKES, AIR) BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE CONTACT STATED THE FAILURE WOULD OCCUR WHENEVER THE BRAKES WERE DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NEITHER REPAIRED NOR DIAGNOSED FOR THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 34,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 34,900.
