THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HONDA ODYSSEY. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE PARKING THE VEHICLE AND DEPRESSING THE BRAKES, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT RESPOND. THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO A WALL. HE WAS NOT INJURED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. PRIOR TO THE CRASH, THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AT AN AUTHORIZED DEALER UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 10V098000 (SERVICE BRAKES, AIR). THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 21,500.
