THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HONDA ODYSSEY. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE CONTACT SWERVED OFF THE ROAD TO AVOID AN ANIMAL AND CRASHED INTO A POLE. THE FRONTAL DRIVER SIDE AIR BAG DEPLOYED, CAUSING SEVERE INJURY TO THE CONTACTS NOSE AND LEFT ARM. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS DECLARED DESTROYED AND TOWED TO A SAVAGE FACILITY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 72,000. UPDATED 07/27/11 UPDATED 08/01/11
