THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HONDA ODYSSEY. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH THERE WAS A FIRE ON THE PASSENGER INTERIOR SIDE OF THE VEHICLE UNDERNEATH THE CARPET. THE AIR BAG WARNING LIGHTS AND ALL OF THE WARNING LIGHTS ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE THE MECHANIC DIAGNOSED THAT THE ELECTRICAL WIRING HARNESS THROUGHOUT THE INTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 124,105....UPDATED 08-26-14- THE CONSUMER STATED AS THE FIRE WAS TAKING PLACE THE AIRBAG WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED, THEN THE DASH AND PANEL CONTROL LIGHTING FLASHED INTERMITTENTLY. THE CONSUMER REMOVED THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR PANEL AND PULLED THE WIRING HARNESS. UPDATED 09/04/2014
