Complaint - Visibility

WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY, THE DRIVER'S SIDE SUN VISOR FELL, AND BLOCKED THE VISION OF DRIVER. ALONG WITH BLOCKING THE DRIVER+S VISION, THE DRIVER WAS STARTLED CAUSING THE DRIVER TO SWERVE. THIS ALMOST CAUSED A CRASH. THE DRIVER HAD TO HOLD THE SUN VISOR UNTIL REACHING HOME (~15 MINUTES). UPON REACHING HOME, THE OWNER EXAMINED THE VISOR. THE VISOR HAS A VERY SMALL AND FRAGILE PLASTIC COMPONENT HOLDING THE VISOR IN PLACE. IT APPEARS THAT THE VISOR IS DESTINED TO BREAK. THE COMPONENT THAT BROKE IS ON THE ARM THAT SWINGS THE VISOR DOWN AND TO THE LEFT, AND IS EMBEDDED IN THE INTERIOR CEILING I.E., NOT ACCESSIBLE TO ANYONE WITHOUT TAKING THE VISOR APART WITH SCREW DRIVERS. THERE WAS 64,250 MILES ON THE VEHICLE AT TIME OF THE INCIDENT. THERE WAS A PASSENGER AT TIME OF INCIDENT, WHO CAN TESTIFY TO THE FACTS.
