Complaint - Power Train

MY CAR SUDDENLY LOST POWER AND THE WRENCH LIGHT CAME ON, AT THE STOP SIGN I SHUT THE CAR OFF AND RESTARTED AND IT WAS GONE. THIS HAPPENED INTERMITTENTLY UNTIL RECENTLY THE CAR SHUTTERS AND DIES IN RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC WHEN YOU SLOW OR COME TO A STOP. IT ALSO LOSES POWER AND ACCELLERATES VERY SLOWLY. NOW THE WRENCH LIGHT IS ALWAYS ON AND THE CAR SURGES WHEN DRIVING. I UNDERSTAND OTHERS ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THIS VERY ISSUE. ALL MY MILAGE IS HIGHWAY MILES AS I DRIVE 160 MILES ROUND TRIP PER DAY. THE THROTTLE BODYS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE AND A DEFINATE SAFETY HAZARD AS THE TROUBLE JUST KICKS IN AT ANY GIVEN TIME AND THE SUDDEN LOSS OF POWER OCCURING DURING BUMPER TO BUMPER IS A SAFETY CONCERN. I HAVE MAINTAINED MY CAR AND TRIED TO KEEP IT LIKE NEW. I THINK THE ISSUE NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED AND THE THROTTLE BODYS NEED TO BE RECALLED.
