THE PASSENGER SEAT FAILS TO REALIZE THAT SOMEONE IS SITTING IN THE SEAT WITH THE SEAT BELT BUCKLED. THEREFORE THE LIGHT AND BELL CONTINUOUSLY GOES OFF WHEN SOMEONE IS SITTING IN IT OR NOT.
