A FAULTY TIRE VALVE STEM CAUSED A FLAT TIRE ON 2008 FORD F150 TRUCK. THE VALVE STEM HAD CRACKS ON BOTH REAR TIRES, WHICH COULD HAVE RESULTED IN AN ACCIDENT. HAD BOTH VALVE STEMS REPLACED.
