THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL BECAME STUCK IN OPEN THROTTLE MODE AND THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED ABNORMALLY, CAUSING THE CONTACT TO CRASH INTO A POLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INSPECTED BY THE DEALER OR REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 39,000.
