THE COVERS FOR THE SECOND ROW SEATBELTS SEEM TO HAVE STRCHECH OUT OF IT CASEING. MAIN ISSUE THE CHECK ENGINE WHEN OFF AND HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH TRACTION CONTROL, ENGINE POWER REDUCED, MISFIRE OF DIFFERENT, OXYGEN SENSOR (AFTER GETTING IT REPLACED ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO, AT CHEVY DEALER) OVER $5,000 IN DIFFERENT REPAIRS AND UPDATE AND EVERYTHING SEEMS TO STILL BE HAVING ISSUES. RECENTLY THE ABS HAS BEEN GOING OF AND WAS UNABLE TO DRIVE IT, AT LEAST 3 TIMES. MOST HAPPEN ON HIGHWAY. THE ENGINE REDUCES POWER AND THE CAR FEELS LIKE BEING PULL BACK IF THE GAS IS RELEASE THE ABS START GOING OFF.

WE HAVE REPAIRED/REPLACED ABOUT $6900: IN 2017 EVAP PURGE VALVE, IN 2017 UPPER COOLANT HOSE, 2016 WATER PUMP GASKET, TIMING CHAIN, 2014 CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND GASKETS, 2014 WATER PUMP AND FRONT MOTOR MOUNT, IN 2009 REVERSE CLUTCH PLATE. NOW THE STABILITY TRAC AND TRACTION LIGHTS BOTH CAME ON STATING TO SERVICE THE BRAKE SYSTEM WHEN YOU ARE IN MOTION AND COME TO A STOP. PLUS TODAY, THE AC DOES NOT COME NOW. THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 50 MPH, THE VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY DOWNSHIFTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE MECHANIC WAS ABLE TO RETRIEVE FAULT CODE P0776 (TRANSMISSION SOLENOID, TORQUE CONVERTER) FAILURE. HALEY BUICK GMC LOCATED AT: 9831 MIDLOTHIAN TURNPIKE, RICHMOND, VA 23236, (804) 320-9054, WAS CONTACTED BY PHONE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT IF THE FAULT CODE WAS 35R (CLUTCH WAVE PLATE) FAILURE THE VEHICLE WOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED UNDER GM'S SPECIAL COVERAGE FOR THE POWER TRAIN. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED OR NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 108,000.

THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CHEVROLET TRAVERSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE RECALL REMEDY FAILED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE OPENED THE LIFTGATE TO PUT SOMETHING IN THE VEHICLE AND THE LIFTGATE FELL DOWN AND STRUCK HER IN THE HEAD. THE LIFTGATE CONTINUED TO FORCE DOWN ON THE CONTACT, TRAPPING HER AND CONTINUOUSLY PUSHING ON HER BACK. AN EYEWITNESS OBSERVED THE FAILURE AND HELPED TO PULL THE LIFTGATE OFF OF THE CONTACT. THE CONTACT DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION, BUT SUSTAINED BRUISING ON THE BACK AND SORENESS FROM HER HEAD AND NECK. THE LOCAL DEALER (WASHINGTON CHEVROLET, 1 RAYMOND BLVD, WASHINGTON, PA, 15301) WAS CONTACTED AT 724-222-2800 AND INFORMED HER THAT IT WOULD COST HER TO HAVE THE RECALL REPAIRED AGAIN. DUE TO THE COST, THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED A SECOND TIME. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBERS: 8-3387134924 AND 8-3450670027. THE MANUFACTURER CONFIRMED WHAT THE DEALER STATED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 87,700.

THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE A REMEDY FOR THE SEVERAL EXTENDED WARRANTY CAMPAIGNS, OF WHICH SOME WERE NOT COMPLETED, BUT THE DEALER SPECIFIED ON THE INVOICE THAT THE VEHICLE WAS SERVICED.
