All Complaints
ALL 5 RIMS ON 2009 FORD RANGER SHOW EVIDENCE OF FAILURE/CRACKS. FORD TECHNICIAN RECOMMENDED REPLACEMENT OF ALL RIMS. VEH CURRENTLY HAS 5965 MILES (SEE REPORT 10307412 AND 10311415)(FS ID 1235) USDA FOREST SERVICE GWJEFF COMPLETED A FLEET WIDE INSPECTION OF ALL FORD VEHICLES WITH STEEL WHEELS. THIS IS THE 5TH INCIDENT OF THIS NATURE. I CURRENTLY HAVE 10 RIMS FROM VARIOUS VEH AFTER BEING REPLACED BY FORD TECHNICIANS. RECOMMEND FORD INITIATE A RECALL ON STEEL WHEELS TO DETERMINE IF THIS IS A FLEET WIDE PROBLEM.
