TL CONTACT OWNS A 2009 TOYOTA PRIUS. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH ON A COLD DAY, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED UP TO 108 MPH. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS STUCK. THE VEHICLE WAS PLACED IN NEUTRAL GEAR IN ORDER TO STOP IT FROM ACCELERATING. THE VEHICLE DID NOT CRASH AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 10,000 MILES AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 11,000. UPDATED 03/24/10 UPATED 07/07/10.
