THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 TOYOTA PRIUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED BUT THE VEHICLE DID NOT RESPOND OR SLOW DOWN. THE ABS WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE DRIVER HAD TO USE THE PARKING BRAKE TO STOP. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHO REPLACED THE MASTER CYLINDER. THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS SCHEDULED FOR A SECOND REPAIR. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 100,000 AND THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 97,000.
