THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHEVROLET CRUZE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STABILITY TRACK WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE STEERING WHEEL WOULD SUDDENLY BECOME LOOSE. THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED BY AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE STABILITY TRACK NEEDED TO BE REPROGRAMMED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND THEY OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 800.
