THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD F150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH, THE ENGINE LOST POWER FOR A FEW SECONDS AND THEN RESUMED NORMALLY. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WHENEVER PASSING ANOTHER VEHICLE AT SPEEDS OF 55 MPH OR HIGHER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO REMEDY THE DEFECT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000. UPDATED 07/2/13
