WHILE TRAVELING DOWN THE ROAD AND THE NEED TO ACCELERATE TO PASS A MUCH SLOWER VEHICLE MY TRUCK LOST ALL POWER AND BEGAN SHUDDERING VERY BAD. WITH ONCOMING TRAFFIC APPROACHING QUICKLY I HAD TO STEP ON THE BRAKES RATHER HARD AND QUICK TO AVOID A ACCIDENT. WHAT WOULD HAVE POSSIBLY HAPPENED IF I WAS TOWING A LEGAL BUT HEAVY LOAD? FORD HAS A KNOWN PROBLEM WITH THE COILS ON THE ECOBOOST AND THIS TRULY NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. THIS IS A EXTREMELY SERIOUS TRAFFIC SAFETY WHEN YOU LOOSE ALL POWER AND THE SEVERITY OF THE SHUDDER THAT ALSO OCCURS.
