THIS AFTERNOON I GOT INTO MY VEHICLE. AFTER STARTING MY VEHICLE I THEN PROCEEDED TO TURN MY REAR DEFROSTER ON. ONCE I TURNED MY REAR DEFROSTER ON I HEARD A LOUD POP AND THEN NOTICED THAT MY REAR WINDOW WAS SHATTERED. I BELIEVE THAT THEIR IS A DEFECT IN THE REAR DEFROSTER OF MY 2011 FORD F-150 BECAUSE THIS SAME INCIDENT HAS HAPPENED BEFORE.
